All pitches are approximately
8 metres (26ft) to 9.5 metres wide (30ft) wide and are individually
marked and numbered which avoids over-crowding even in peak
weeks. They are in landscaped areas. We request tourers to use
breathable ground sheets to prevent damage to grass.
VAT at 17.5% (included). Any changes in VAT rates will be adjusted
at the time of your holiday.

Touring Booking Conditions |
| Holiday Cancellation
Scheme £14.00 per week or £2.00 per day. See note below: |
| Dogs must be kept
strictly on leads at all times and exercised in our Dog Exercise
fields provided adjacent to the park. |
| A deposit of £42/£63
per week per pitch is required (non-refundable) which will be
deducted from your total charge due on your arrival. Booked
Pitches may not become available until 11.30am. Pitches must
be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless special
arrangements have been made with the proprietors. Please let
us know if your arrival is delayed after 7.00pm. |
Holiday Cancellation Scheme |
| A booking is a contract
and we regret no refunds will be given of deposits or balances
in the event of a cancellation. Should we not be able to relet
your caravan or pitch you will be liable for the full amount. |
| We strongly
advise that you take Holiday Cancellation cover at £14.00 per
week or £2.00 per day. |
| Providing that
it is paid with your deposit we will then refund your deposit
and balance, if it has already been paid, if you have to cancel
for any of the qualifying reasons. |
Conditions |
- A non refundable fee of £14.00 per week booked must be
paid at time of booking.
- The period covered is from time of acceptance of booking
until arrival at accommodation booked.
- Cover is only applicable to members of the party named
on the Booking Form.
- Notification of cancellation and claims must be made by
recorded delivery as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Insurance covers cancellation due to the
following cases only:-
(a) Accident, injury, illness or death of a member of the
party
(b) Maternity of a member of the party
(c) Redundancy or Jury Service
- An Authoritative Document in support of cancellation must
be produced i.e. Doctors Certificate, Redundancy Notice
or Jury Notice.
